Worker's Compensation

Worker's compensation involves a number of different kinds of benefits provided to most workers who have suffered from job-related injuries under state law.  These laws provide

financial protection and security to worker's who have sustained an injury while on the job.

Benefits may be paid to an injured worker regardless of who is at fault.  It is the employers responsibility to pay for these benefits either directly themselves or through their insurance company.
